Terms of Use
Effective July 31, 2026
These terms govern your use of this website. By browsing the site or submitting a consultation request, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by Patio Pro of Idaho, a design-build outdoor living company and licensed contractor based in Twin Falls, Idaho, serving the Magic Valley.
2. The site is informational
Everything published here — service descriptions, process explanations, project imagery, cost guides, and service-area pages — is provided for general information about our work. It is not an offer, a bid, or a professional recommendation for your specific property. Site conditions, permitting, utilities, structural requirements, and material availability all affect what can actually be built.
3. Photography and project imagery
Images on this site may include representative and manufacturer photography illustrating the products and styles we build, alongside our own completed work. Representative imagery is used to show a style or product category, not to claim a specific project as ours. Your finished project will differ based on your space, selections, and site conditions.
4. Manufacturer partners
We install products from the manufacturer partners named on this site. Their trademarks and product names belong to them and are used to identify the products we sell and install. Product specifications, features, and manufacturer warranties are set by the manufacturer and can change without notice to us.
5. Pricing, cost ranges, and estimates
Any prices, price ranges, or cost guidance on this site are planning estimates only. They are not quotes and are not binding. Real pricing depends on design, size, materials, site access, foundation and electrical work, permitting, and current material costs. A binding price exists only in a written proposal or contract signed by both you and Patio Pro of Idaho. Where the website and a signed contract conflict, the contract controls.
6. Consultation requests
Submitting the consultation form starts a conversation — it does not create a contract, reserve a place in our schedule, or obligate either of us. We may follow up by phone, text, or email about your project; see our Privacy Policy for how we handle what you send us. Please give us accurate information so our response is useful.
7. Third-party financing
Any financing described on this site is offered by independent third-party lenders, not by Patio Pro of Idaho. Approval, rates, terms, and fees are set by the lender and are subject to their underwriting. We don’t make credit decisions and we don’t guarantee approval or any particular rate.
8. Warranties
Workmanship and product warranties, when they apply, are described in your signed contract and in the applicable manufacturer’s warranty documents. Nothing on this website creates, extends, or modifies a warranty. Except as expressly stated in a signed contract, the website itself is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind regarding its content’s accuracy or availability.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Idaho law, Patio Pro of Idaho is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its general information. This does not limit any obligation we owe you under a signed contract for work performed, and it does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Acceptable use
Please don’t scrape, overload, or attempt to breach this site, submit false or automated form entries, or use our content, photography, or branding for another business without written permission. Site content and design are our property or our licensors’.
11. Links to other websites
We link to manufacturers, lenders, and other resources for your convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, products, or practices.
12. Changes
We may update these terms as our services or the site change. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Idaho.
14. Contact
