Privacy Policy
Effective July 31, 2026
Patio Pro of Idaho (“we,” “us,” “our”) builds outdoor living spaces in the Magic Valley. This policy explains what information this website collects, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and what choices you have. We collect only what we need to answer your inquiry and to understand how the site is performing.
1. Information you give us
The only place this site asks for personal information is the design-consultation request. When you complete it, we receive:
- Your name, email address, and phone number.
- The city or area your project is in.
- Project details you choose to share — scope of interest, timeline, budget range, and any notes.
We use this solely to respond to your request, prepare a design or estimate, and follow up about your project. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the service providers listed in section 4.
2. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we measure traffic so we know which pages are useful. Our analytics are first-party — they run on our own infrastructure rather than an advertising network. For each visit we record:
- Pages viewed, the referring page or search engine, and any campaign tags in the link you followed.
- Approximate screen width, time on page, and how far down the page you scrolled.
- Clicks on links, buttons, phone numbers, and email addresses.
- Your IP address and browser user-agent string, used for geographic and device-type context and to filter automated traffic.
We do not use this data to build advertising profiles, and we do not run third-party advertising or social-media tracking pixels on this site.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our analytics may store a small amount of data in your browser to recognize repeat visits within a session and to remember how you first arrived (for example, which campaign link you clicked), so we don’t double-count a single visit. If bot protection is enabled on our form, Google reCAPTCHA may set cookies subject to Google’s own privacy policy. You can clear or block browser storage at any time; the site will continue to work.
4. Service providers who process data for us
- Lead Prospecting AI — our customer-relationship and analytics platform. Consultation requests and site analytics are stored here.
- Vercel — website hosting and content delivery.
- Sentry — automated error monitoring, so we find broken pages quickly. It captures technical error details, not form contents.
- Google reCAPTCHA — spam and bot filtering on the consultation form, when enabled.
- Microsoft 365 — our business email, which is where your inquiry is delivered.
Each provider is bound to use the data only to deliver its service to us.
5. Communications and consent
When you submit the consultation form you are asking us to contact you, and we may reply by phone, text message, or email about your project. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. You can opt out of any channel at any time — reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or simply tell us. We do not sell your contact information to other companies, and we do not send marketing texts to people who have not contacted us first.
6. How long we keep information
Consultation requests are retained as part of our customer records for as long as we may need them for the project, for warranty or contract purposes, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Analytics records are retained in aggregate for trend reporting. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (section 8).
7. How we protect information
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with our platform providers under their security controls. Access to customer records is limited to people who need it to serve you. No system is perfectly secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security — but we do not store payment card numbers on this website, and we never ask for sensitive personal data (such as a Social Security number) through this site.
8. Your choices and rights
Regardless of where you live, you can ask us to (a) tell you what information we hold about you, (b) correct it, or (c) delete it. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws — including California — additionally have the right to know the categories of personal information collected and disclosed, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of sale or sharing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. To make a request, contact us using the details in section 12; we will verify your identity before acting.
9. Children
This site is intended for adults arranging home-improvement work. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Links to other sites
We link to manufacturer partners and other third-party resources. Once you leave this site, their privacy practices — not ours — govern the information you share with them.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how we collect or use information, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
